What You'll Do
Monday - Thursday 7am - 3:30pm and Friday 7am - 1:00pm.
Some events are hosted after working hours (usually 1 time per month, but can vary)

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support practice growth and referral development.
- Monitor and manage the practice marketing budget and track return on marketing initiatives.
- Analyze marketing trends, referral patterns, and patient trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with existing referring practices and develop new referral relationships.
- Create and maintain an engaging social media presence across appropriate platforms.
- Develop and schedule social media content highlighting the practice, providers, team, services, events, and community involvement.
- Make regular visits to local dental offices to personally connect with teams and providers, deliver treats and marketing materials, and strengthen professional relationships.
- Coordinate appreciation initiatives and outreach programs for referring offices.
- Identify opportunities for the practice to become more involved in the local dental and professional community.
- Plan and host company events, appreciation events, and professional networking events.
- Coordinate and host CPR renewal classes for local dental practices.
- Manage and coordinate the practice’s Seattle Study Club, including communication, scheduling, event logistics, speakers, and member experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker who enjoys developing new marketing ideas and initiatives.
- Comfortable analyzing data and using information to make strategic decisions.
- Confident building relationships with dental professionals.
- Strong social media and content-creation skills.
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with doctors, leadership, and the practice team.
- Experience in the dental or medical field is not required but is highly recommended.
