Camelback Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our well-established pediatric dental and orthodontic team in Phoenix. We’re dedicated to providing the highest quality of care in a fun, child-friendly environment where kids and families feel welcomed from the moment they walk through our doors. Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Thursday 7:15am - 5:15pm

Experience & Key Responsibilities

• Assist the pediatric dentist chairside during exams and procedures.
• Prepare and break down operatories before and after each patient.
• Provide support during restorative procedures, extractions, and sedation cases.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
• Maintain strict sterilization and infection-control standards.
• Chart accurately in Dentrix and help maintain efficient patient flow.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous dental assisting experience preferred.
• Experience in orthodontic assisting or willingness to learn.
• X-ray certification (AZ) preferred.
• Coronal polish certification preferred.
• Comfortable working with infants, children, and teens.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about patient care.
