Patient Hours: Monday–Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM; Friday–Sunday: Closed

Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Financial Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing patient financials, facilitating insurance processes, and ensuring a seamless financial experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Financial Management: Present and explain treatment costs, payment plans, and financing options to patients and families.
- Insurance Coordination: Verify insurance benefits, submit claims, and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Billing & Collections: Ensure timely and accurate billing, address patient inquiries, and manage collections in a professional manner.
- Financial Records Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date patient financial records and assist with financial reporting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a cohesive patient experience.?
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a dental or orthodontic financial coordinator role.
- Skills: Proficiency in dental software, strong organizational abilities, and excellent communication skills.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, empathetic, and adept at handling sensitive financial discussions.?
