Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and patient visit
- Prepare and break down treatment rooms, including sterilization of instruments
- Take dental X-rays, impressions, and assist with charting as needed
- Educate young patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care
- Help children feel comfortable, supported, and at ease throughout their visits
- Maintain accurate patient records and support overall team workflow
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous dental assisting experience preferred (pediatric experience a plus)
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, child-friendly environment
- Positive attitude, patience, and a team-focused mindset
