Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assist the pediatric dentist during exams and procedures
- Provide a calm, friendly presence to help children feel at ease
- Take digital X-rays, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean operatory
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Collaborate with our team to deliver a smooth, positive patient experience
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Active Tennessee RDA license
- Pediatric dental experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and reliable
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
