Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule new and follow-up appointments efficiently
- Coordinate patient treatment plans, insurance benefits, and payment options
- Answer phones, respond to patient questions, and manage front office communication
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support daily operations and help ensure smooth patient flow
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Requirements
- Previous dental, medical, or orthodontic front office experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling systems, and treatment coordination preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive, patient-focused attitude and team-oriented mindset
