What You’ll Do
- Welcome new patients and families with warmth and professionalism, creating an exceptional first impression.
- Guide patients through their orthodontic journey — explaining treatment options, financial arrangements, and scheduling next steps.
- Partner closely with the doctor and clinical team to ensure seamless communication and patient flow.
- Present treatment plans confidently and help patients understand their investment in care.
- Maintain accurate records and support the administrative and front office team as needed.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment where everyone supports one another.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator or in a dental/orthodontic front office role preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Professional, organized, and detail-oriented with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Comfortable discussing financial options and treatment details with patients.
