Experience & Key Responsibilities:
- Present orthodontic treatment plans clearly and compassionately to families and patients
- Explain procedures, timelines, insurance benefits, payment options, and financial arrangements
- Coordinate scheduling for consultations, treatment starts, and follow-up appointments
- Ensure patients have a complete understanding of their treatment journey and what to expect next
- Communicate proactively with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth patient flow
- Maintain accurate and organized treatment documentation in the practice management system
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient questions and concerns promptly

Requirements
- Previous experience in dental or medical office coordination preferred (orthodontic or specialty experience a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of dental insurance and orthodontic billing procedures a plus
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
- Proficiency with practice management software and basic computer applications
