Position Summary:
As a Treatment Coordinator at Premier Orthodontics, you are the first point of contact for new patients. You’ll guide them through their initial consultation, explain treatment options, discuss financial arrangements, and help them begin treatment with clarity and confidence. This role is perfect for someone who is personable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome new patients and families warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Present orthodontic treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Review financial options, payment plans, and insurance benefits
- Coordinate start-of-treatment paperwork and schedule initial appointments
- Communicate closely with the doctor to ensure treatment accuracy and understanding
- Follow up with patients who have not yet started treatment
- Track and report case acceptance metrics
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the practice management system
- Collaborate with the clinical and front office teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the Premier Orthodontics brand with enthusiasm and professionalism
Qualifications:
- Previous orthodontic or dental office experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-centered demeanor
- Comfortable discussing finances and treatment details
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in computer and practice management software (training provided)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly or salary rate based on experience (approx. $22–$28/hour)
