Specialty Consultants, the leading real estate executive search firm, is helping our client, a very active and growing industrial real estate investment firm hire a Portfolio Management Associate. Based in Midtown NYC, this Associate will be a key part of the firm's middle office and focus on 3 key areas:
- Sourcing, summarizing, and disseminating real-time information across the portfolio to help with strategic decisions, quarterly valuation process and other property level forecasting.
- Maintaining fund models and collaborating with senior leadership on capital markets activities.
- Assisting with investor relations activities including reports, memos, etc.
Ideal candidates will have /- 3 years of work experience in real estate finance, portfolio management, banking/capital markets, and/or financial reporting. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced, growing, and entrepreneurial organization.
