Specialty Consultants, the leading real estate recruiting firm, is helping a very active and well capitalized industrial real estate investment firm hire an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its investment team. This individual will play a key role in underwriting new acquisition opportunities across the United States. The role will focus on financial analysis, due diligence coordination, and transaction execution, working closely with senior members of the acquisitions and asset management teams.
The role will be based in Bethesda, MD (with flexibility to work from home 1-2 days a week).

Qualifications:
- Ethical and honest with high integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, business or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment banking, brokerage or related analytical roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint; experience with Argus or equivalent tools a plus.
