What You’ll Do

Operate parylene deposition systems and related equipment such as vacuum ovens, plasma etchers, tumble coaters, and more.

Follow Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSPs) and instructions from leadership to ensure consistent, high‑quality results.

Prepare and process customer parts through steps such as cleaning, masking, fixturing, coating, demasking, and packaging.

Load machines, monitor equipment during runs, and verify coating thickness using measurement tools.

Perform routine maintenance and light refurbishing on equipment, including pump oil changes, valve cleaning, and cold trap maintenance.

Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation for quality control and equipment performance.

Read and interpret customer drawings and engineering specifications.

Assemble fixtures and handle chemical cleaning and promotion baths safely and correctly.

Support shipping, receiving, and other operational tasks as needed.
Additional Responsibilities

Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

Set up and operate microblasters when needed.

Assist with fixturing customer parts for coating.
-
Participate in FAA/DOT testing when required.

Support other departments during peak workloads.

Follow all plant and corporate safety policies.
What You Bring

High school diploma or GED.

Mechanical aptitude and/or previous machine operator experience.

Ability to read, write, and follow written or verbal instructions in English.

Strong hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Ability to use measurement tools accurately.

Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems.

Basic computer skills.

Helpful but not required: knowledge of parylene or chemistry.
