Essential Functions
- Safely operate forklift and other machinery
- Band, wrap, tape product
- Maintain work area and be organized
- Responding to public address system announcements, directions from supervisors and managers, warning alarms from other forklift drivers
- Walking and carrying merchandise
- Great attention to detail and accuracy - be able to stand and work on your feet throughout shift as normal routine
- Identify and read tickets, SKU’s, UPC labels and reports

- Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items:
- Requires the ability to consistently, and often, lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

- Requires moving around the warehouse to assist others or moving
- Identify and read tickets, SKU’s, UPC labels and reports
- Requires recognizing, identifying and using merchandise and necessary

- Due to forklifts and other heavy equipment traveling through the Warehouse,
- Warehouse environment can be dusty and noisy.
- Fluctuations of temperature are common; some outdoor exposure during the
- Wet floors may occur during rainy or snowy weather or at other times depending
- Sharp and/or rough edges will typically be encountered
- Warehouse equipment and treated lumber may emit fumes
- Some equipment may require electric voltage.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones
dispensers.

- Minimum of one (1) year warehouse distribution experience.
- Prior lumber experience desired. Engineered Lumber experience is preferred.
- Forklift experience and forklift certification preferred but not required.
- Must have basic math and analytical skills
- Must be computer literate, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Team Lead/Shift supervisor experience is preferred.
- Self-starter, pro-active and able to take initiative.
