What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Front Desk Receptionist/Concierge/Beauty Consultant (Sundays and Floater) position at Specialty Brands International?
The Haven Luxe Spa is a rapidly growing luxury day spa that provides massages, facials, reflexology, and other body treatments 7 days a week.
If you are Friendly, Outgoing and Enthusiastic with excellent sales and customer service skills in a spa environment, then we would like to speak with you about becoming a Front Desk Receptionist/Spa Concierge Associate for our Delray Beach location!
Primary Responsibilities include:
*Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members and guests upon arrival
*Sell high end professional grade skincare products, health and wellness products, and clothing and accessories
*Assist in maintaining professional and organized front desk and reception area
*Assist in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys
*Assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, common areas and store room
*Assist therapists with prepping treatment rooms and folding laundry, as needed
*Various duties as assigned by Spa Management
Position Requirements:
*MUST HAVE: Customer service, front desk, and retail sales experience in a luxury or resort spa environment
*MUST HAVE: Beauty products and/or spa treatments knowledge and experience
*MUST HAVE: Knowledge of Booker software or any other spa appointment booking software
* MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SUNDAYS 11AM TO 6PM!
*Effective communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate spa policies and procedures to guests
*Cohesively work with other staff members in a fun and fast paced environment
*Customer service oriented with ability to communicate effectively and friendly with clients, Spa management and sales staff
*Must mature, reliable, and trustworthy, and be able to work flexible days and hours including evenings and weekends (Sat & Sun).
