What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Specialty Bottle?
We are looking for a full-time customer service rep who is fun, upbeat, and loves giving excellent customer service! In order to maintain our high level of service, Specialty Bottle's Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) go above and beyond, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business. You may be the first, last, and sometimes only representative that our customers interact with. Our CSRs find it rewarding knowing they’re a part of a team and company with a common goal: happy, satisfied customers.
Responsibilities:
- Customer centric approach
- Acquire industry specific product knowledge
- Prioritize and multitask customer interactions
- Troubleshoot situations accurately, quickly, and efficiently for customers on the phone/chat.
- Attentive listening, good grammar, voice, and ability to present information effectively
- Use judgement and decision-making skills
- Proactively follow up on all work requests within standards
- Meet/exceed customer expectations while providing high level professionalism and customer service
- Continuously maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
- As business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary
Qualifications:
- 1 years customer service experience
- Excellent people skills and enjoys helping others
- Strong outgoing personality with superior communication skills
- Proactive, creative, and self-motivated worker
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Computer, typing, and data entry skills
