What you will do:
As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll provide clinical leadership while helping children develop the communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills needed for lifelong success.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Oversee the implementation of ABA programs and provide clinical direction to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
- Analyze client data and make data-driven treatment modifications to ensure meaningful progress.
- Provide ongoing supervision, training, and feedback to direct-care staff.
- Train and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team.
- Conduct caregiver training and support families in implementing ABA strategies.
- Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB guidelines, ethical standards, and payer requirements.
- Maintain a high standard of clinical quality and client-centered care.
What we require from you:
- Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Current Maryland LBA License
- Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
