Schedule for Transportation Customer Service Coordinator
- Day shift
- Monday through Friday
- Hours may vary slightly based on operational needs
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and service issues
- Support dispatch and operations teams with administrative tasks
- Assist with freight billing and operational paperwork
- Monitor load progress and update customers as needed
- Coordinate with drivers and internal operations personnel
- Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications for Transportation Customer Service Coordinator
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Transportation or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
