What are the responsibilities and job description for the Health Insurance Credentialing and Contract Negotiator position at Specialized Therapy Associates?
Specialized Therapy Associates, LLC is a forward thinking, progressive organization of mental health practitioners with partner organizations to provide the highest level of care in the area of mind body health. We are seeking an experienced person who has completed credentialing to insurance companies for various professionals with all the large insurers. Contract and fee negotiation is a priority in the position and requires a proven track record.
THE POSITION PAYS A BONUS FOR NEW CONTRACTS AND OR NEW FEES AND NEW REFERRAL SOURCES THAT HAVE MADE REFERRALS IN THE PAST.
The position is part time with flexible hours.
The best candidate will be able to complete the credentialing of new staff and re-attestatin of existing staff. In addition, the responsibilities will include the following:
1, Be able to expand our network presence with the major insurers.
2. Be able to negotiate fee reimbursements.
3. Market to the insurance companies our specialty services and develop contracts to provide the services.
4. Be forward thinking and progressive as is the organization to develop and market contacts to provide the specialty services related to mind/body integrative care to insurance companies and to various corporations.
5. Build our professional network in the community. Provide ancillary services to those in the community who would benefit from learning more about the cutting science and practice for mind/body health.
The position has growth potential to full-time based on performance which will include a full range of benefits, including but not limited to: 50/50 split on health insurance, life insurance, disability, vision, dental, 401K and more. The position will start part-time.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $38.88 - $42.28 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 per week
