Specialized Therapy Associates, LLC is seeking a full-time intake coordinator. The preferred candidate will have demonstrated strong customer service experience and marketing and sales skills as the position requires a good deal of time on the phone speaking to clients seeking our services but require education, counseling and support to be directed to the best matched professional to meet their needs. The right candidate will have prior experience reaching out to people in the community to build a referral base. Prior experience with medical office work or mental health field is a major plus. You must have prior social media experience and strong skills for google ads. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the following:
- great phone personality
- proven sales and marketing skills
- ability to listen and be supportive
- willingness to help clients find the right services
- have some sales or marketing experience to support our marketing plans
- ability to work Monday through Friday 9-5 with flexibility to work into the evenings and an occasional Saturday
- Be able to drive to our other office locations in Bergen county
- Be a team player and step in as needed
- Independent and reliable
You will work as part of a team. As a good team member you will seek out tasks that help us to achieve organizational objectives. You will assist others in the administrative department and they will assist you in the performance of your job. If you are not team oriented, this is not the job for you.
It is best that you have your own transportation and that your lifestyle allows for flexibility in terms of hours working.
The hours are from 9-5pm with occasional evenings or a Saturday and your schedule must be able to accommodate evenings until 8-9Pm with a later start time.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Manage patient intake processes, including scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Assist in marketing efforts to promote services with social media and our newsletter and blogs to attract new patients.
- Microsoft Office Access and Excel skills.
- Ability to use data to collect data accurately and prepare reports for management.
- Knowledge and skill with MS Excel and Access to generate reports
- Business acumen to make recommendations to management regarding the needs of clients and any issues that require resolution to support clients and smooth running of the office
- Be part of a supportive team office environment.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
