Specialized Fitness is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team in the heart of Doral, FL. This individual will be responsible for selling our complete flooring line as well as working with other sales representatives. Must be a self starter, organized, neat, detail-oriented and be able to work independently and possible manage the sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement a sales plan by customer consistent with company growth objectives.
· Devise and execute sales recovery plans as required.
· Coordinate the effective utilization of the company's FAE and Design engineering resources to achieve deeper account penetration, stronger customer relationships and higher sales levels.
· Maintain and report daily on sales force to update customer leads.
· Identify and develop new markets and customers.
· To aggressively seek new business for the company in the US and abroad.
Qualifications / Requirements:
· Computer skills (Excel, Word, Gmail, etc.)
· Written and verbal communication skills
· Knowledge of QuickBooks or Sage a plus but not required
· Should be able to create customer quotes and invoices via computer
· Able to track all leads and follow up with customers in a timely manner
The ideal candidate will have a good background and be able to work in a drug free environment.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
