Position Overview:
We are actively seeking experienced CNC Mill and Lathe Operators with hands-on experience. Candidates must be able to confidently set up and operate CNC machines with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Perform full machine setups, including offsets, tooling, and program adjustments
- Read and interpret blueprints to produce parts within tight tolerances
- Verify first-run parts and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain production efficiency and quality standards
- Deburr and inspect finished parts
- Complete required documentation and maintain a clean work area
Requirements (Must Meet All):
- Proven experience operating CNC machines
- Ability to perform setups independently (not just operate)
- Strong blueprint reading skills
- Experience holding tight tolerances
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
