We’re looking for a fun, energetic, and highly capable Human Resources Generalist to join our growing crew. This isn’t your average HR role — you’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly while helping create a workplace people actually love coming to every day.
What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Parts):
- Be the friendly face and trusted advisor for all things HR — answering questions about benefits, payroll, leave, policies, and more.
- Champion employee engagement and help build an even more positive, supportive company culture.
- Support managers with performance chats, coaching, and (when needed) those tough-but-fair conversations.
- Keep us fully compliant with all the federal, state, and local rules (you’ll be our compliance superhero).
- Manage onboarding, benefits enrollment, FMLA, workers’ comp, and all the important behind-the-scenes stuff.
- Play with our HRIS system, run reports, and help with training & development programs.
- Jump into special projects and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What You Bring to the Party:
- 2–5 years of solid HR Generalist experience (we love seeing real-world wins!).
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a big plus.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple things without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems.
- You’re professional, trustworthy with sensitive info, and genuinely enjoy supporting people.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Competitive salary (we reward great talent!)
- Full health, dental, and vision insurance
- Generous paid time off holidays
- Retirement savings plan
- Professional development opportunities
- A genuinely supportive, team-oriented environment where your ideas matter
