Position: Front Office Coordinator / Payroll Administrator

Duties:
- Answer inbound calls and transfer the call to the correct recipient
- Greet applicants and other visitors as they arrive at the office and assist them as needed
- Assist with recruiting and scheduling people for interviews for our open jobs
- Process applicant paperwork into the system
- Ensure paperwork meets legal and company standards (we will train on policies)
- Enter and maintain accurate associate payroll data
- Maintain organized employee, applicant, and payroll records
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service is required
- Previous experience in an Office or Admin role is required
- Previous experience with Payroll is a plus
- Multi-tasking abilities are a MUST in this role
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Excellent Attendance is a must
- Strong Computer Skills
