Specialized Recruiting Group is a top performing office of a nationally recognized company. Due to an influx of business we are adding an Engineering Recruiter to our team. Our team averages 15 years per Recruiter and is a great environment for a veteran or a relative newcomer as we do not gate keep here. Our office has 30 years of history and a plan to continue for many more.

Job Duties:
- Identify potential candidates for our Open Job Orders
- Use tools like Indeed and Linkedin to identify passive candidates
- Interview candidates to identify the best fit for our clients open roles
- Attend daily and weekly meetings working strategically with the team
- Develop pipelines with the Engineering niche, and others if desired
- Block time on your calendar to utilize recruiting time
- Attend trainings regularly to improve
- Utilize organizational tools provided
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to use MS Office, AI, and a CRM tool to a high level
- Ability to handle adversity
- Desire to Report to office 5 days a week in Edina
