NOW HIRING for a Controller / Finance Manager for a company in the Rock Hill SC area. Candidates with a background in accounting/finance are encouraged to apply!

Salary is $95K-$110K, depending on level of experience.
This is a full time , in office role.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Prepare the monthly pack for P&L, Balance sheet
- Analyze financial performance and improvement as needed
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Lead the budgeting process
- Prepare annual budget
- Monitor and analyze budget variances
- Cash Flow Management
- Prepare and submit weekly cash flow to corporate office
- Oversee and Manage AP and AR
- Manage financial transactions in ERP System (MS Dynamics)
- Prepare all journal entries as required
Qualities required:
- 3 years of experience in accounting / finance , preferably in operational accounting within a manufacturing environment
- High level of computer literacy , working knowledge of ERP systems
- Organized and team management skills
- Communication - written and verbal
