Bookkeeper
Location: Rock Hill, SC
Salary: $50,000 annually (based on experience)

Our client, a well-established machining and manufacturing company in Rock Hill, SC, is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join their team. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Process customer invoices and monitor collections
- Assist with payroll processing and reporting
- Generate financial reports for ownership and management
- Work closely with operations and leadership to support business needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Qualifications
- 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience in a manufacturing, machining, industrial, or production environment preferred
- Strong understanding of AP, AR, account reconciliations, and general bookkeeping principles
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
