We’re hiring a Working Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations and take ownership of team performance, workflow, and overall warehouse execution.
This role requires a strong leader who can hold a team accountable, stay organized, and maintain a high standard of accuracy, while working alongside the team on the floor.
This is a 50/50 role. You will supervise and direct the team while also being actively involved in day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment
- Assign work, monitor performance, and ensure productivity expectations are met
- Hold team members accountable to standards, quality, and timelines
- Identify workflow issues and step in to keep operations on track
- Maintain organization, accuracy, and consistency across all warehouse activities
- Operate forklifts and assist with loading/unloading as needed
- Enforce safety standards and address issues immediately
- Work side-by-side with the team to drive results
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead a team, enforce expectations, and drive accountability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in fast-paced warehouse or distribution environments
- Comfortable in a hands-on leadership role (not office-based)
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills for inventory and reporting

Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000–$65,000 depending on experience
