Are you an experienced B2B sales professional who enjoys solving customer problems and closing business, but would rather spend your time working qualified opportunities than chasing cold leads?
Our client is a growing leader in industrial safety solutions, helping manufacturers, warehouses, and distribution operations create safer workplaces through innovative technology. They are looking for an energetic, consultative sales professional to convert qualified inbound inquiries into new business.
This is NOT a lead generation role.
Marketing generates the interest. Your job is to engage prospective customers, understand their operations, identify their needs, and guide them toward the best solution.

What You'll Do
- Respond to and qualify inbound sales inquiries
- Conduct discovery calls with manufacturing and industrial customers
- Learn each customer's operation and identify safety challenges
- Present technical solutions that solve real business problems
- Manage opportunities through the sales process
- Maintain an organized CRM pipeline
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Consistently achieve sales and conversion goals
What We're Looking For
Required
- 3 years of successful B2B sales experience
- Experience selling into manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or related markets
- Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills
- Experience managing opportunities within a CRM
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
