Express Employment is now hiring for an AutoCAD Drafter at a local company based out of Tumwater, WA. This is an evaluation-permanent opportunity. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 40hrs per week, day shift. The compensation for this position will start at $25-$27/hr DOE. This company offers a benefits package to include Medical/Dental/Vision, paid holidays, vacation, and a 401(k) retirement plan with company match up to 4%. Job Duties:Create and revise detailed shop drawings using AutoCAD and MicrovellumDraft complete submittal sets for casework, millwork, solid surface, architectural metals, stone, and related interior componentsReview architectural plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliancePrepare complete drawing packages in accordance with project and contractor requirementsUtilize Bluebeam for plan review, markups, and submittal coordinationSupport project management with drawing updates and related documentationMaintain organized drawing files and project documentationIncorporate field measurements, redlines, and feedback into drawing revisions Job Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD requiredExperience with Microvellum preferred (not required)Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)Ability to interpret architectural plans and specificationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication skills and ability to work collaborativelyStrong problem-solving skills and ability to manage changing prioritiesFamiliarity with LEED, FSC, and AWI guidelines is a plusPositive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment NO RECRUITING FEE!Express Employment Professionals offers benefits including Medical Benefits that meet ACA Requirements, Washington Paid Sick Leave & Holiday Pay for full time employees (after working 500 hours and averaging at least 35hrs/wk excluding overtime).
