This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take charge of their own earning potential. This position has uncapped commission on top of the base pay.  This position is Evaluation-to-Hire, with a schedule that rotates days. You will be expected to work weekends. Compensation starts at $17.13/hr commissions. It is expected that you would make between $45K and $140K annually in this role.Key Responsibilities:Develop relationships with potential customersReach out to potential customers by phone, calling a list of leads provided to you monthlyDevelop your own personal sales strategy including social media videos, reaching out to friends and family, generating referrals, and following up on leads provided.Invest time into educating yourself on the different vehicles and packages available to customers, so that you can provide the best service.What You Bring:Reliability to be at work on time each dayA natural ability to talk with anyone and develop relationshipsA drive to succeed and continue to follow the processGeneral interest in the auto industry and the desire to learn new thingsPass a background checkValid driver’s licenseReady to Apply?
