Staff Accountant II
Join a collaborative accounting team and play a key role in supporting financial operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position partners closely with leadership to maintain accurate financial records, support month-end close activities, and manage critical accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, prepaids, and reconciliations
- Assist with AP and AR activities in a high-volume environment
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Support inventory and cost accounting functions
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3-5 years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Inventory and cost accounting experience strongly preferred
- Strong Excel skills and GAAP knowledge
- ERP system experience; Epicor is a plus
