Field Service Tech (industrial manufacturing)
Rate: $34-36 (70-75k)
Guaranteed 40 hours per week, eligible for overtime pay.

- Reports to: Sr. Service Manager
- The job: install, commission, start up, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and electromechanical equipment at customer sites, working for an OEM or capital equipment maker. It also includes training customers on site, documenting the work and feeding root-cause findings back to Engineering and Quality.
- Experience: 2–5 years in field service, industrial maintenance or equipment installation. Commissioning and startup experience is strongly preferred, and OEM or capital equipment experience is highly desirable. PLC and controls experience is preferred.
- Education: a technical diploma, associate degree or certification (EET, mechanical technology, industrial maintenance, mechatronics) is preferred, not required.
- Must-haves that will screen people out: a valid passport and the willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally.
