  • Help establish standardized work instructions and best manufacturing practices.
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Train and mentor new operators as production expands.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality to improve safety, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Maintain production documentation and ensure compliance with established quality procedures.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe manufacturing environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
  • Experience with precision mechanical, electromechanical, medical device, electronics, aerospace, optics, or similar manufacturing preferred.
  • Education in engineering or technical degree obtained.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable reading work instructions, drawings, and assembly documentation.
  • Experience using hand tools, fixtures, gauges, or measuring equipment.
  • A collaborative, hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn and help others succeed.
