Construction Project Manager
Location: Charlotte, NC – active jobsite presence required

🔑 Position Overview
Lead the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction through final walkthrough—for high-end, custom residential homes. You’ll work closely with homeowners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver exceptional craftsmanship and lasting performance.
Responsibilities
- Drive project delivery by managing scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and quality assurance.
- Oversee several new-build and renovation projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate daily site operations, ensuring subcontractors are aligned and schedules are met.
- Conduct regular inspections to enforce safety, cleanliness, and brand standards on-site.
- Facilitate homeowner communication with timely updates, walkthroughs, and responsive support.
- Coordinate and ensure timely inspections, compliance, and building-code alignment.
- Log changes, schedules, photos, and communications in the company project management system.
- Lead post-close homeowner orientations, punch-list resolution, and satisfaction follow-up.
- Mentor site teams and subcontractors, promoting a solutions-focused, collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7 years in residential construction (ground-up new builds and renovations).
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of foundations, framing, mechanical systems, building codes, and architectural plans.
- Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management platforms (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore).
- Leadership: Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Quality Mindset: Passion for superior craftsmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
