Qualifications:
- 5 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience in a welding, fabrication, or assembly environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop supervisors, team leaders, and production personnel across manufacturing operations.
- Ensure daily production requirements are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including safety, quality, throughput, productivity, and on-time delivery.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, waste reduction, standard work, and continuous improvement activities.
Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
