What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property inspector position at Specialized Property Management, Inc.?
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Inspector and local representative to attend occasional evening meetings toin our HOA Property Management team. This job does not require office attendance however there qill be local attendance to meetings required.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality control, with the ability to conduct thorough inspections of properties and common area sites. This role is essential in ensuring that all properties meet community standards and contractual obligations, while also maintaining the highest quality of workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess condition and compliance per governing documents.
- Perform routine inspections ( by weekly and monthly)
- Attend HOA meetings as a local representative. This is a time commitment that is non negotiable.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards within the communties.
- Strong understand of phone apps and technology, you will be required to use the company phone or you can your your personal one. There is an app the company uses to perform inspections
- Ability to communicate effectively with a remote team
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to self learn after training (there is a two month training)
- Ability to present one's self in a professional settings at a meetings.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
