JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Supervisor and the Lead, individual will receive on the job training. Individual is responsible for following direction and adhering to current process/procedures and standards within their department.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Able to follow direction.
· Inspecting own work and others to meet quality expectations.
· Daily routine maintenance of job required equipment.
· General housekeeping of work area.
· Reading and following prints, BOM’s, lead lists, shop travelers and other necessary paperwork.
· Complete accurately the necessary paperwork associated with jobs.
· Other job duties as assigned by Management within or outside of own department as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Must be well organized and have basic math skills.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
· Must be able to set up and operate necessary or appropriate equipment used within given department.
· Must be willing to work with others, as well as being self-motivated.
· Adhere to all Safety and Quality regulations and procedures.
· Team player.
· Able to adapt to change.
· Strong attendance.
· Comfortable working both an independent and team environment.
· Follow process standards and procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
