Physical Therapy Aide & Client Relation Specialist
Part time or full time position as dual Physical Therapy
Aide and Client Relation Specialist at a growing Physical Therapy clinic in Santa Clara. You will represent the clinic and be the client’s first interaction. We are looking for someone who is friendly, motivated, with prior experience in exercise supervision, and well equipped to provide exceptional services.
Daily tasks include but not limited to:
- Interact with clients via phone, emails, and in person.
- Data entry of clients’ demographics and medical records into computer.
- Schedule appointments.
- Collect payments.
- Verify insurance benefit and eligibility.
- Exercise supervision
- Modality application under direction of licensed Physical Therapist
- Maintenance of clinic cleanliness
- Other clerical tasks.
