Senior Elevator Account Manager (Service, Repair & Modernization)

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dublin, CA, for a Senior Elevator Account Manager (Service, Repair & Modernization). The responsibilities of the role include fostering strong client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, developing strategic account plans, and identifying new sales and service opportunities. The Account Manager will oversee service contracts, manage repair and modernization projects, and communicate effectively with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires regular collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals and maintain service excellence.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in Sales and Communication to identify opportunities, present solutions, and effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and achieve performance targets.
• Experience in the elevator, facilities management, or mechanical services industries is preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
