The Area Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the practices with P&L responsibility and 4-wall accountability. The successful candidate will work directly with the practices to improve processes & profitability, including identifying and implementing local growth initiatives. The individual will build and maintain exceptional relationships with doctors, practice managers and their teams. The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000 per year. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, inspiration, mentorship, guidance and career development to group of practice managers focused on day to day practice operations to promote teamwork and high-quality patient service.
- Cultivate a patient-centric environment, focusing on smooth operations and efficient patient flow.
- Conduct P&L analysis and manage budgeting. Implement financial strategies to improve profitability.
- Provide training and development opportunities for practice leaders.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and profitable operations.
- Oversee and execute the on-boarding and transition of new practice partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in a multi-site leadership role
- 5 years of dental or healthcare operational experience
Preferred Skills:
- Previous Dental Practice Management experience
- Healthcare Operations experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
