Dental Receptionist - Endodontics of St. Louis
We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive patient experience and keeping our practice running smoothly.
We are a specialty endodontic practice focused on providing high-quality root canal care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Fridays no nights or weekends 7:30 am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications

The salary range for this role is $22-$25 per hour.
