Job Summary

The Dental Practice Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting our practice recruiting for leaders and teammates, building a pipeline of candidates, training and development of our hiring managers, full-cycle recruiting, and scaling for future growth.

This position will collaborate with our Operations partners and HR team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Provide Talent Advising

• On going follow-ups with practice leadership teams and Operations leaders on recruiting best practices, trends in their areas, and offering guidance/recommendations on candidate selection
• Create individual strategies for practices to recruit quality candidates, and seek feedback on candidates not selected to adjust job description expectations and recruitment activities as needed.
• Keep hiring managers up to date on market trends and conditions, relating to their geographic area and role needs.
• Provide ongoing training to hiring managers: monthly quick hits, behavioral based interview training, iCIMS best practices, etc.
  
  

Sourcing

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, industry contacts, and local certification programs and universities, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Build proactive pipeline/evergreen requisitions and to engage with future candidates.
• Share best practices with hiring managers regarding applicants who were qualified but not selected, and how to re-engage their interest for current or future roles.
• Utilize campaign management tactics in our CXM to have continuous outreach to passive candidates
  
  

Coordination

• Partner with the HR team to initiate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the practice.
• Maintain accurate records and data for recruitment metrics, candidate interactions, and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Maintain iCIMS data integrity, process flow of the recruitment life-cycle for candidates.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years' experience in high volume recruitment, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, iCIMS preferred.

The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $85,000 per year.
