Essential Responsibilities
- Perform assigned slurry production processes according to established procedures and work instructions.
- Follow directions carefully and complete each process step accurately and consistently.
- Measure, handle, and process production materials as instructed.
- Repeat established processes with consistent technique and attention to detail.
- Monitor work for process or quality concerns and report abnormalities promptly.
- Complete required production documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean work area and follow safety, housekeeping, and PPE requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform meticulous, repetitive process work.
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions accurately.
- Ability to consistently repeat established processes without unnecessary variation.
