Specialized Community care is looking for Service Coordinators!

SCC is a specialized service agency providing supportive services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our agency is a quirky fast-paced environment that is consumer focused/driven and committed to fostering a caring and supportive culture for both consumers and employees and are seeking like-minded individuals.
Some requirements of this role:
· Flexible schedule, including availability to attend meetings/emergencies at varying times including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks, deal with conflict, provide emotional support to your teams and complete documentation in a timely manner.
· Technical skills are a must have, and the ability to provide direct support to the consumers that you provide Service Coordination for.
· Ability to collaborate with outside support agencies, guardians, consumers and team members.
· Supervision of staff and Shared Living Providers associated with the consumer you serve.
· Ability to advocate for the consumer you serve in all areas.
· A positive outlook, patience, and a sense of humor.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
