What are the responsibilities and job description for the Residential Program Staff position at Specialized Community Care, Inc. (SCC)?
The Higher Mountain Project is dedicated to providing services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and who present with very challenging behaviors, in community-based residential settings. Challenging behaviors include physical aggression towards self and others, property destruction, and significant oppositional behaviors.

Compensation is based on skill set and experience. Novice level starts at $20/hr. Candidates with a Law Enforcement or Military background are encouraged to apply, but law enforcement or military background are not required.
