Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Auto Glass Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with windshield replacement and flat glass removal and installation, particularly in support of body shop operations.
Responsibilities
- Remove and install automotive glass, including windshields and other vehicle glass components
- Perform flat glass removal and installation for body shop-related repairs
- Ensure proper sealing, fitment, and safety standards are met
- Performing ADAS calibrations
- Work closely with estimators, technicians, and office staff to complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of auto glass installation experience preferred
- Experience with flat glass R&I (remove & install) in a body shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
