What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal E-filer position at Specialized Attorney Services?
Specialized Attorney Services is looking for an E-filer/Office Assistant.
Job includes:
- The ideal candidate will be responsible to review documents for electronic filing and enter in the required data information into various E-Filing portals.
- Gathering information from scanned documents and properly enter the same information to align with the courts system.
- Quality control on legal documentation. - This is the biggest quality we are looking for. This is an important task and something we do must be implemented on every file we touch. There is plenty of room for human error so you would need to be very attentive to little details.
- Applicants should have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and a dedicated and loyal worker.
- Some legal experience/knowledge is preferred, but not required.
