Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Leader, based in Norcross, GA. The Plant Leader will oversee daily plant operations, including production, safety, and team management, to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include supervising team performance, implementing operational improvements, maintaining quality standards, ensuring equipment maintenance, and managing budgets.
