Position Summary
We're seeking a skilled Aesthetic Nurse to perform and support our full range of medical aesthetic services. The ideal candidate is laser certified and experienced with injectables and device-based treatments, but for the right RN, we're happy to provide laser certification. This role combines hands-on treatment delivery with excellent patient care, consultation, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Aesthetic Treatments
- Perform clinical-grade injectable treatments, including Botox® and Juvéderm® dermal fillers.
- Deliver laser and light-based treatments: laser hair removal, IPL anti-aging/photofacials, and skin resurfacing with the Lumenis® ResurFX™ system.
- Preform fractional lasers such as CO2 therapy.
- Administer PRP (platelet-rich plasma) regenerative treatments.
- Perform HydraFacial® and support body contouring/skin tightening with BTL Exilis Ultra 360™.
Patient Care & Consultation
- Conduct patient consultations, assess skin/treatment goals, and develop appropriate treatment plans with the Medical Director.
- Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, aftercare, and product recommendations.
- Document treatments, photos, and outcomes accurately in the patient record.
- Manage pre- and post-treatment care and follow-up.
Safety & Compliance
- Operate and maintain laser and aesthetic devices per manufacturer and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with laser safety, OSHA, HIPAA, and Arizona State Board of Nursing standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and properly stocked treatment environment.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Arizona RN license.
- Laser certification required, or willingness to certify - we will provide certification for the right candidate.
- Experience with injectables (Botox/filler) and aesthetic laser/light devices strongly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and patient-education skills.
- Aesthetic eye, attention to detail, and a professional, service-oriented demeanor.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
