Work with the 360-degree recruitment business model; cross-functional change leadership with global integration; full P&L ownership, including making market investment recommendations, bringing business cases designed to make a strategic growth impact, and planning cross-regional initiatives; managing multiple sales specialties and models, including IT; leadership and people management; compliance and regulatory requirements; BI data analysis, insights, and recommendations best actions to accelerate growth; designing optimal business plans and executing successful sales and business development strategies; compliance and regulatory requirements; recruitment strategies, requirements, and expectations for niche and technical roles; and, the full recruitment cycle.
